There are ways to gather the energy and resources necessary to get taller and tower over the lands. However, not everyone will share the gift of tallness willingly and must be confronted in physical battles. It's a harsh world where only the tallest will survive, so... About Tall io

The IO community is constantly growing, and it's getting harder to develop original ideas about making a bigger number. This game manages to do it by making it about people who want to get bigger by getting taller. It's about focusing on yourself without losing sight of your opponents, who may be moving as fast as you. Then there's the luck aspects of the power barriers that can completely change the tides for whoever is fast enough to reach them first. There's no time to rest, so you'd better get moving, gathering, powering, fighting, and start growing up to win.

How to Play

Tall io is a 3D isometric IO game about people trying to get tall enough to defeat each other using the mouse. To control your character, move the cursor to an empty part of the screen, hold down the Left Mouse Button, and drag the mouse around. To interact with the UI elements, move the cursor to them and click. Your character will automatically interact with anything they get within range. The goal is to get taller and be the last person standing. If another player knocks you out, you'll need to try again.

Before matches start, you'll get the option to use any coins you've earned on cosmetics and starting stats for your character. After that, the match will begin, and you can start running. The field will be full of colored tiles, but you can only interact with those sharing your color or grey ones from defeated players. Each tile you collect will make you taller, represented by a number above your head. The taller you get, the more of the field you'll be able to see and the easier it will be to defeat smaller opponents. There will also be barriers that will give you power-ups like Magnet or increase/decrease your tallness when you run through them. Defeat all the other players to win the match.

Between matches, you'll visit your hub area, which you can expand by sacrificing any tallness you've gained. The more your island grows, the more coins you can earn in passing by donating more of your tallness.

Tips and Tricks

As far as IO games go, this one is short and quick. The arenas tend to be quite small, so you'll run into opponents frequently. Focus on building your tallness in safety and staying near the center, as the barriers tend to appear there most. The Speed power-up is valuable for staying ahead of opponents and fast gathering.
