The goal is to beat up all the enemies in an area and then push forward. Your health will be displayed in the top left corner of the screen while enemy health will be shown in the top right corner. Enemy health will only appear when you hit a particular enemy. If your health drops to zero, you'll need to try the fight again.
Before you start, you can choose to go on an Adventure broken into several levels or a Tournament where you need to fight huge groups of particular opponents. Depending on what you choose, you can spawn on the left or center of the area. You can start moving and enemies will begin to come in from offscreen. Enemies will always make their way to your location and will attack when you're in range. You can strike back with combos and heavy hits until the enemies in the area are defeated, this will allow you to move on to the next area. When you defeat the last enemies, you'll win the fight.
Tips and Tricks
The standard with beat 'em up games is to strike first before your enemies do. The sooner you strike, the sooner you can stun them and knock them to the ground. Be careful not to get surrounded and use jump attacks to hit larger and trickier enemies.
