Piano Tiles 3
Piano is one of the quintessential musical instruments with a majority of music incorporating it somehow and you can experience part of it in Piano Tiles 3. A lot of us use games and apps to learn and understand music better and a truth we learn almost immediately is how precise and quick we need to be. It's not just about knowing the notes, we need to hit them on time and in rapid succession. That's what you'll need to do if you want to beat this game and rack up the points in piano-playing power. You can't let the beat stop.
About Piano Tiles 3
The reason piano has such wide appeal is because it essentially relies on pressing buttons which is something that most if not all of us do in one way or the other. This game is all about pressing the piano notes as they come which sounds easier than it might be. Music games base a lot of their gameplay on rhythm and flow so that you can really get into it. It also makes it so that even just one mistake can completely disrupt your playing and set you back. This is why you need to pay attention and get into the rhythm.
How to Play
Piano Tiles 3 is a 2D top-down music game about playing piano notes as they come using only the mouse. To play a note, just move the cursor over to it and press the Left Mouse Button. The notes will come automatically so you only need to worry about pressing them. Your score will be shown at the top of the screen with the goal being to get a high score. There's no official record so you're always aiming for a personal best.
The game doesn't have much introduction and you'll be playing as soon as you press the lone Start button. In the manner of Tetris, piano notes or tiles will fall from the top of the screen in an alternating pattern. You need to press them as they appear before they reach the bottom of the screen. If even just one tile hits the bottom of the screen, you'll lose the whole game and will have to start over from zero.
Tips and Tricks
This is more of a piano challenge than a teaching tool so you need to be ready to react. The tiles may look like they're falling in a random pattern but as you play, you can hear a distinct tune coming through. You just need to pick up on the rhythm and then you can anticipate the next notes.
