Nobody wants to go to prison (I don't think) but I think we all have fantasies of being able to pull off the greatest escape without anyone knowing how we did it like in Jailbreak Prison Run. You have been imprisoned along with a bunch of other humans in a highly-advanced prison. However, that's up for debate since it seems that there are ways that you can get out. Or perhaps it's just some kind of huge training exercise to test your thinking skills. Either way, this prison was made to be escaped from and you can do it.

About Jailbreak Prison Run

When the media puts you in prison, you could spend time wondering about the way or you can work on the best escape plan ever. This game drops you in what may be a futuristic prison and there seems to be little reason to hand around. So, you're pushed to escape and to try and think your way around all the different security measures. You've got plenty of options, but it mainly comes down to your movement and your ability to be stealthy. Try to be the sneakiest sneak and you'll make your way closer and closer to freedom. Try not to think too much about the robots.

How to Play

Jailbreak Prison Run is a 3D stealth game about trying to escape a series of prison cells using the keyboard.

Controls

W/Up Arrow - Move Forward
S/Down Arrow - Move Backward
A - Turn Left
D - Turn Right
Left/Right Arrow - Move Camera
Spacebar - Jump (Tap again to Double Jump)
F - Interact

The goal is to complete levels by making your way to the exit at the end of them. Your cash, stats, and fellow prisoner numbers will be shown on the left side of the screen. If you get caught by any of the guards, you'll be trapped and will have to start the level over again. The more levels you complete, the more cash you'll earn.

Before you start, you can roam around the hub area to practice the controls and use the menus to customize your prisoner's appearance. The available levels will be marked by titles hovering over them and glowing areas. When you step into a level, you'll be transported to the start of a prison area. You simply need to get from one end to the other safely. As you progress, you'll encounter security like guards and cameras. They'll have a well-defined field of view that will alert them if you come into contact with it. If a guard catches you, you'll immediately be imprisoned again. Highlighted objects like walls, tables, and lockers can be hidden in contact and will prevent any security forces from seeing you.

There are collectibles like keys that can unlock doors and weapons that can defeat guards if they try to catch you. You can free fellow prisoners for extra rewards and collect hearts to revive yourself if you get caught. The money you collect can also be used to craft weapons for protection.

Tips and Tricks

Before you run into the cell, take a moment to scope out the area ahead. You'll be able to spot guards patrolling and cameras scanning from quite far. Hiding objects also stand out quite a lot so identify them and find ways to dart between them.
