You've been captured by someone moving through or operating through a rabbit doll. It's unclear why you've been captured, but you're by no means helpless. The room has everything that you need to get out; you just need to figure out how everything goes together so that you can escape. The big picture may not be apparent at the start, but everything will come together as you figure things out and make your way forward.

How to Play

Cube Stories: Escape is a 2D puzzle game about trying to escape from a series of enigmatic rooms using the room. To interact with the UI elements, you need to move the cursor over to them and click the Left Mouse Button. To use items in specific places, hold the Left Mouse Button over them and then drag them to where you need to use them. The goal is to escape the area by opening the door. The game ends whenever you give up.

The game will start you facing a certain part of the room. From there, you can investigate the different areas and objects of the room. Some of them will show loose items that you can collect and add to your inventory. You can check on the ID of any items you have, while others, like notes and books, can be examined more closely. Throughout the room, there will be keys that you need to collect to open the various locks in the room. The Exit door will have multiple locks on it, and you'll need to find all the keys to unlock each one. Once all the door locks are removed, you can escape the room.
