Tiles are everywhere and they can make things seem orderly, but that can all change when all sorts of different tiles are dropped in a pile like in Tile Triple. You've been tasked with sorting through countless colorful tiles that all need to go into their appropriate styles. There's not a lot of time to mess around so be sure to sort through things quickly otherwise you'll lose this sorting position. At least the tiles are nice to look at and have distinctive images so you can sort through them relatively fast. Still, it all comes down to how quickly you can spot matches and send them off together.
About Tile Triple
Many traditional games use tiles such as Dominos and Mahjong, but there are more ways to make them challenging. This game creates a tile-based challenge that looks simple on the surface but can become trickier as time goes on. There's not much standing in your way aside from your way of thinking and the strategies that you'll come up with as you play. You're just sorting through tiles, but you're only allowed a certain number of mistakes and you do have a clock that's ticking down your chances for success. The tiles are just sitting there waiting for your input, you just need to know how you're going to provide it.
How to Play
Tile Triple is a 3D top-down puzzle game about sorting through piles of colorful tiles using only the mouse. To interact with a tile, move the cursor over to it and press the Left Mouse Button. This will automatically move the tile to one of the free spaces you have in the bar below. The goal is to clear the entire pile of tiles by making sets of three of the same. The level timer will be shown at the top and the combo meter will appear above the bar at the bottom. If the timer runs out or the bar fills up, you'll need to restart.
Before you begin the game, you can open chests to try and earn power-ups that can be used to make sorting. When the level begins, a huge pile of tiles will fall and tumble in the middle of the screen. Some will be obscured by others or flipped on the wrong side which you can only check by clicking on them. When you pick a tile, it takes up a space in your sorting bar below. When three tiles of the same kind are in your bar, they'll be matched and removed earning you points. The quicker you make matches, the more tiles you reveal, and the higher your score.
Tips and Tricks
You may be tempted to look at the images, but it's best to focus more on the color since many of the tiles have distinct color patterns. Don't start randomly clicking tiles, have an idea for specific matches that you want to make and make them. Leave flipped tiles for the late game.
