Sushi Chef
Sushi is not for everyone but it can be quite delectable and even though most of it is raw, there's a lot of prep that goes into it, but Sushi Chef goes a different route. You may be playing as a sushi chef, but much of the sushi has already been prepared. What you need to do is make sure that it's served properly so that customers can appreciate all the flavors that go into it. There are many types of fish and colors to make everything look nice, but if you don't mix and match them properly, all the prep will be ruined and you'll be left with unhappy customers.
About Sushi Chef
Even though many games have "chef" in their titles, the mechanics don't always revolve around cooking, but food is almost always involved. This game is all about prepared food that you need to serve to the right people. Since sushi is raw fish, the elements and the passing of time affect it in certain ways. The longer it sits, the less appetizing it becomes and customers know this. That's why you have to get the sushi ordered and into their mouths before the sushi is past the point of saving. Mix, match, and serve to win and become a highly-rated sushi chef.
How to Play
Sushi Chef is a 2D puzzle game about preparing sushi by combining them and serving with the mouse. To move pieces of sushi around, move the cursor over to a piece, hold the Left Mouse Button, then drag it to an adjacent spot. The goal is to make sushi matches to serve the customers who are waiting at the top of the screen. You need to fill up the satisfaction meter at the very top of the screen to win. If you fail to do so before all the customers leave, you'll be fired.
When you start, all sorts of sushi will fall into place on the table grid. You need to slide them around to match the same pieces of sushi with each other. You have to make a match of at least three to clear them from the board or serve them to a customer. Customers will arrive and tell you which sushi you need to match. Each will have a timer below them that will slowly tick down and when it empties, they'll leave and the satisfaction meter will go down. When sushi is matched or served, other sushi will fall into place and matches can happen automatically. Serve all the customers to succeed.
Tips and Tricks
You need to move and think fast if you hope to succeed. Keep an eye on what customers want, but also make matches in the meantime to keep the sushi pieces moving and switch up the arrangement. Try to make matches which will lead to a domino effect of matching that has a chance to instantly serve certain customers.
