Spot The Cat is a 2D hidden object game where you search through crowded scenes of cats using the mouse. To interact with objects, move the cursor over them and click the Left Mouse Button. To look around the scene, hold the Left Mouse Button and drag the cursor to change your perspective. The goal is to find all requested items hidden in the scene. The game ends whenever you decide to stop looking.
The game throws you right into the level select screen, where you must complete the levels consecutively to progress along the path. When you pick a level, you'll be shown a scene of cats all enjoying themselves and doing various activities. At the bottom will be a bar tracking all the items you need to find. The items will be hidden throughout the scene in different locations and, at times, behind multiple objects. When you click on a requested item, it'll be added to your total at the bottom before disappearing. Find all of the items to complete the level and move on.

This is all about observation and careful screening as a hidden object game. The problem is that the scene is very busy and colorful, with many elements having similar brightness levels.
