We used to think that reaching the sky was a true fantasy and now video games are casually throwing in sky worlds as if they have to meet some sort of quote and that brings us to Sky Bros - 2 Players. Through some mystical or mundane means, you and your bro have ended up in the sky. However, instead of deciding to build some kind of floating utopia, you opt to compete in a series of challenges that would have worked just fine a few feet above sea level. But hey, since you have such easy access to Skyland, you may as well have some fun and see which bro is the best.

About Sky Bros - 2 Players

Games set in the sky tend to involve lots of flying or maintenance required to keep things floating serenely among the clouds. In this game, things are serene which is why the competitions are there to liven things up. You and your bro will be competing to see which one of you can move more swiftly and powerfully across these sky islands to get the job done. It should be noted that some of these contests seem to revolve around building some sort of community, so you should put some effort into it to see exactly what can be done.

How to Play

Sky Bros - 2 Players is a 2D competitive game about playing numerous mini-games in the sky using the keyboard.

Player 1 Controls

W - Jump/Ascend/Aim
S - Chop Wood
A - Move Left
D - Move Right

Player 2 Controls

Up Arrow - Jump/Ascend/Aim
Down Arrow - Chop Wood
Left Arrow - Move Left
Right Arrow - Move Right

The goal is to gather enough points to win the contest at hand. There are no life or energy bars to worry about, only the scores which will be shown at the top of the screen. The first to reach a certain number of points (usually 10) will win the contest. You can replay any of the contests as many times as you like.

When the game starts, you're able to immediately select which contest you want to play. After you do, it'll begin immediately and you'll be shown which controls are active underneath each player respectively. Some contests will involve interacting with objects that spawn periodically throughout the stage. There's no timer, it's all about gathering points and the game will last as long as it needs to until someone wins. Of course, it's also possible to end the contest early if you feel like it's going too long or you two have hit a stalemate.

Tips and Tricks

This is a simple competitive game with limited controls that can be mastered within a matter of minutes. A lot of the contests are about finding just the right rhythm and trying to break your opponent's flow. Rushing is a good way to mess up your strategy.
