Rubiks Cube Conquer
You've probably come across a Rubik's cube in the past, spent a few minutes on it, and then never touched it again… until Rubik's Cube Conquer. While this is not your traditional Rubik's cube, you have a much better chance of succeeding here based on all the elements that are in play. Instead of trying to get all the sides the same color, you have a color that you get to control on one side. However, the field of battle will keep changing as the rows and columns slide around in Rubik's cube fashion and you'll need to adapt to the changing battlefield.
About Rubik's Cube Conquer
It's amazing to see just how fast some people can solve the Rubik's cube puzzle, but sometimes all it takes is thought and patience. This is a game where the cube moves faster so you need to think to keep up. You're trying to take control of a side while the cube itself will be fighting back to prevent that control, both in color and in movement. You'll only have so much to work with and you never know what you'll gain or lose with each change in the cube. As long as you can make the most of your units, you should be fine.
How to Play
Rubik's Cube Conquer is a 2.5D puzzle and strategy game that takes place on a Rubik's cube and that you play with the mouse. To move your color units from one tile to another, hold the Left Mouse Button on one of your tiles and then drag the cursor to the adjacent or diagonal tile to where you want it to move. The goal is to take control of the whole side with only your colored tiles. If all of your tiles are eliminated, you'll need to try again.
The game will begin showing you one side of the cube with several kinds of tiles: Yours, your opponent's, and neutral. The number that increases in each tile represents its unit strength which will increase over time. To change other tiles to your color, you must move your units to opponent or neutral tiles until your numbers overwhelm theirs. Of course, the opponent will send its units to try and convert tiles as well while neutral tiles will gain strength. At any time, a row or column will rotate and change a certain number of tiles which will change the layout of the battlefield. Once all the opponent's tiles have been eliminated on the field, you'll win.
In between battles, you can use the coins from your victories to buy upgrades that can improve the maximum number of units, how fast they grow, and how fast they move.
Tips and Tricks
This is a game where you need to make use of all your tiles to win. To get out to a quick start, you should have two tiles converge on a weaker tile while more distant tiles gain strength. Neutral tiles are always good to get early to give yourself additional power.
