There are multiple ways to do extreme racing that we have entire sports dedicated to it, and it's how we end up with Riders Downhill Racing. You've likely seen those first-person videos of bikers racing down steep and narrow slopes, but now it's competitive. You're an upcoming racer trying to make a name for themselves in the extreme racing circuit. You've gotta go fast and take risks if you hope to win since all the other racers are ready to give it their all. That's the minimum you must offer to stay in the competition and take the top spot.

About Riders Downhill Racing

Since you've got gravity, it's possible to build tremendous speed by going downhill while also building extreme risk. This game has you doing that to complete challenges and win races. You need to learn how to control a variety of extreme racing vehicles to build your reputation and earn prize money. The more control you have, the more likely you'll survive long enough to keep competing. Of course, you'll need to keep your speed, but that will be challenging over some harsher terrain. You might crash going over the smallest of bumps, but it's all in aid of becoming a better rider.

How to Play

Riders Downhill Racing is a 3D racing game about driving multiple vehicles in different contests using the keyboard.

Controls

W/Up Arrow - Accelerate
S/Down Arrow - Brake
A/Left Arrow - Turn Left
D/Right Arrow - Turn Right
Q - Jump (Free Mode)
E - Parachute (Free Mode)
Shift - Nitro (Free Mode)

The goal depends on the mode, but most will have you trying to complete courses. Your speed will be tracked in the bottom left corner, while relevant information will be at the top and top of the sides. If your rider fails to complete the challenge correctly, then you'll need to try again.

The main menu allows you to select your game mode and visit the garage to spend rewards on new vehicles and cosmetics for your rider. After you've picked everything, you can choose a mode and any course you've unlocked via progress. When you start a level, you'll spawn into a certain position and be set loose after a countdown. Each vehicle controls differently and can be turned and/or flipped in the air. Whenever the rider is put in a position that causes injury, they'll crash and respawn at a set distance. By beating challenges and winning races, you'll unlock new courses and earn more rewards.

Tips and Tricks

You'll have courses that will have you going downhill, so you can build speed fast. What you need to worry about are the turns and bumps that will appear along the road to throw you off or send you flying off-track. With other riders, do your best to avoid contact and try to hug the edges of the course to look for room to get past them.
