As if we needed another reason to avoid the office, now tall cuddly monsters are roaming around it in Poppy Office Nightmare. No one knows what on earth is going on at the Poppy Playtime company, but they don't seem to be doing a good job at keeping their mascots contained. This is one office that you don't want to spend any time in let alone any overtime, but yet you're here. More items have gone missing and you're the person for the job. It's just too bad that you'll be sharing the office space with Huggy Wuggy roaming the halls.

Some very notable games use the office environment quite effectively, especially to tell scary stories. This game uses it to tell a pretty simple story: There's a monster in the office. You would think that people would catch onto its presence and maybe put in some new security measures, but that's not the company you're working for. You're regular and vulnerable with your best chances of survival to be to do quick and quiet sweeps before heading for the exit. Even in such an environment, you're expected to do a good job and if you don't, the consequences are much worse.

Poppy Office Nightmare is a 3D first-person horror game about exploring an office and avoiding a monster with the mouse and keyboard.

The goal of each night is to find the missing toys scattered around the office. Your health is shown in the bottom left corner of the screen. Running into Huggy Wuggy will cause you to lose health fast and if you lose all of it, you'll have to retry the night.
When you start, you'll spawn in an open area of the office. You'll be tasked with collecting multiple toys that will be tracked in the corner of the screen. You have a flashlight to provide a decent amount of light and can be used to bat away Huggy Wuggy in emergencies. While exploring, you'll have a chance to run into Huggy Wuggy who will start chasing you if he spots you. Once you collect all the toys required in the night, the night will be completed and you can move on to the next one.
Tips and Tricks
Since you're mostly defenseless and don't want to get close to Huggy Wuggy, you need to move at a steady pace. Light and sound can draw attention, so don't flail about, and keep listening for Huggy Wuggy. Use crouching to reduce visibility and hide if needed, but avoid corners and tight spaces.
