How to play
Your mission in Othello is to flip/control more discs than your opponent by the end of the game. To play, place a disc with your color facing up on an empty spot next to an opponent's disc where another disc of yours encloses the opponent's line either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. With each successful move, capture all of your opponent's pieces between your newly placed disc and any existing one.
Tips and Tricks
Mastery in Othello comes with strategy. Always work towards maintaining control over corners since they cannot be flipped by opponents. Pacing is key - do not flip too many discs early on as this will provide ample opportunities for your rival to take over. Availability of strategic spots matters more than sheer number of discs.
