Sometimes, a monster will appear in the mining square, and you'll need to fight it by equipping a weapon and clicking. Defeating monsters and combining blocks will earn you rewards.

The blocks you store can be used to craft weapons and facilities like the furnace. The more you craft and mine, the more bricks you earn, which can be used in the village. Each building requires a certain number of bricks, and when built, it will provide passive bonuses to your actions. Keep mining and building all that you can since the more you do so, the more bricks and XP you earn, and the more you level up, the bigger your grid gets.
