Jelly is not jell-O, but there's always room for it all the same, especially if you organize it in a puzzling format like Jelly Block Puzzle. Oh, what it would be like to live in a universe where all jelly was in uniform blocks. It would make for less of a mess and more convenient to eat and store. However, a block of something is only as orderly as you're able to make it. You need to make the best of all the best afforded to you by the blocks of jelly so they can be filed away into the jelly-verse.

About Jelly Block Puzzle

Puzzle games featuring bouncy and colorful blocks have been around for a while but they're still pleasing to look at. With this game, you'll have a mix of jelly blocks full of bright colors and a rubber look. Though they look like they can squeeze into any space, that is sadly not the case. You still have the limitations of the grid space and the solid shape of all these jellies. Haphazard shifting around will fill up your jelly space faster than you can sort them away. With the right moves, you'll have space to spare for jelly for days on end.

How to Play

Jelly Block Puzzle is a 2D puzzle game about moving around jelly blocks to sort them with only the mouse. To move a jelly block, move the cursor to it, hold down the Left Mouse Button, and then drag the block to where you want it. The available blocks and power-ups will be available below the grid. The goal is to match enough of the colored blocks as requested at the top of the grid. If you lock yourself out with poor maneuvering, you'll need to try the level again.

When you begin, you'll be shown a grid with random free spaces and blocks already arranged on it. Blocks can be one solid color or a mix of several. To make a match, two blocks of the same color need to be adjacent to each other. If a solid color block is next to a multi-color block, as long as the same color parts are touching, both will be removed and the multi-color block will adjust accordingly. You can't move any blocks on the grid, only the blocks that appear at the bottom. Power-ups like hammers can remove selected blocks to free up space and give you more options. After you collect enough colors, you'll be rewarded and taken to the next level.

Tips and Tricks

This is a puzzle game that is completely at the whim of your moves and decisions. The blocks will never fall or move on their own, but additional matches can be made by arranging multi-color blocks in the best way. With each new block you get, take time to view the grid and place it somewhere that it's guaranteed to clear space.
