About Idle Space Business Tycoon
Running a business is pretty hands-on work until you reach the very top and have many other people running it for you. This game starts you off in a position of authority where you already have enough reputation to partner with at least one other established business. Although much of the work is automated and happens while you're off doing something else, it still requires your input to reach new heights. You also need to handle most of the important negotiations so that your business doesn't end up folding in on itself during your lunch break so stay connected.
How to Play
Idle Space Business Tycoon is a 2D idle game about building up a business in space using the mouse. The cursor is used to navigate the game UI and the Left Mouse Button is used to select different options and interact with the icons. Once you've built some production facilities, your business will start automatically producing, accumulating profit. The goal is to become the biggest and most powerful space business.
After the game begins, you'll partner with one corporation that has decided to give you a chance. You'll then be asked to build a facility tailored towards the corporation's business and operations. The facilities will produce on their own with everything being sent to storage which you can ship out to earn money. You can click on the power button beside them to speed up production. The money can then be used to upgrade your current facilities, and storage space, and to build new facilities.
As your business gets bigger, you'll need to construct workshops that can build raw materials, components, and eventually products. Each of these requires time to produce, but is necessary to open different departments in your office. You have four to establish: Analytics (conducts research), Quality (improves production), Science (study technology), and Supply (helps expansion). To increase performance across the board in your business, make sure to aid in the construction of the Citadel.
You also have other areas that you can visit for your business. The Corporations section shows all of the companies that you're partnered with so that you can talk to their executives and keep track of current requests. Adviser keeps track of all your messages from different sources that keep you informed and provide you with different opportunities to earn extra money. Production is where you can build workshops and produce specific items. The Market offers a way for you to buy certain resources and items. The Bank will cover your costs if you're short when making a big purchase and will take a percentage of your profit until they're paid back. Once you get more advanced, you'll have access to Artificial Intelligence with models that can improve operations.
For additional rewards, you can check Profitable offers daily. There's also the Achievements section tracking goals for you to complete to get rewards like crystals.
Tips and Tricks
Since this is an idle game, you can earn quite a lot while you're away from the game. Set up as many facilities as you can and then upgrade the earliest one a lot since it has lower costs. Then, make sure you upgrade your storage capacity so you can stay away longer before you have to come back and ship out your products.
