This is a specialized race track that seems to drastically affect the metabolism of the runner. She just needs to keep walking and eating what she needs to reach her weight goals. While this makes her vulnerable to even the smallest amounts of food, it also means that she can change her shape with very little effort. You need to assist her in racing well so that she can reach the different weight goals and go for new ones if she so chooses.
About Fitness Race
When it comes to fitness, there are multiple routes you can take but one of the most important is your diet. Despite being a race, this game focuses heavily on the idea of a healthy diet rather than extreme exercise. She's power-walking her way forward to stay active, but she can be in danger of eating too much or too little which can affect her body in drastic ways. It's a casual exercise in guiding a racer as she encounters different kinds of foods and tries to meet the different weight scores set ahead. If you're taking care of yourself, you can always indulge in some snacks here and there.
How to Play
Fitness Race is a 3D arcade racing game about working on fitness through food that you play with the mouse or keyboard. To move the racer left or right, you can click the Left Mouse Button and then drag the mouse left or right. You can also do this with the Left and Right Arrow Keys respectively. The goal is to help the racer reach the weight score shown at the top of the screen by eating the right foods. If she doesn't meet it by the time she reaches the end of the race, you'll need to try again.
When the game starts, the racer will automatically start walking forward along a path. Scattered across the path are various kinds of foods that fit into one of two categories: Healthy and unhealthy. Healthy food consists of fruits and vegetables while unhealthy food consists of sweets and junk food. Eating healthy will cause her to lose weight and the unhealthy will cause her to gain weight. You'll need to alternate between the two to help her reach the weight score by collecting and avoiding.
Tips and Tricks
This is a very casual game that goes at a relatively slow pace. All the food items are very clear to see from a distance so you can plan your collecting path. If you ever collect too much of one, just switch to the other to balance things out.
